Justy Business Ltd announced that it has completed the acquisition of 12% shares in Trockland XIX Real Estate GmbH that owns office building Rhin 84-88.

This transaction was a direct result of the long-standing relationship between the companies that achieved a mutually beneficial outcome.

Marzahn-Hellersdorf is home to Berlin’s largest connected commercial and industrial area. Here, directly on the district border to Lichtenberg, stands Rhin 84 – 88. The 9-storey office complex consists of three individual, linearly built modular houses with the centre one – no. 86 – recessing. It is approx. 14,000 m² net area with 100% commercial use as office building. Each floor has two office units divided into bright and smaller offices of different sizes. In the future, the existing development potential is to be utilized by a new commercial extension with striking architecture.

The offices are scheduled to be gradually upgraded from 2020 onwards, while the extension is scheduled to commence from 2025 onwards with net area of 15,000 m².
