Construction preparations, enabling and other preliminary works for the exclusive apartments project in Checkpoint Charlie are currently under way.

As soon as building permit is obtained, the Charlie Living project will be taking off at full speed. It is designed to be the largest predominantly residential project in Friedrichstadt, in direct proximity to former Checkpoint Charlie. The wide ensemble of four new buildings will fill one of the last open lots of Berlin Mitte with its former strip of the Berlin Wall.
