Things are moving forward for one of the most prominent locations in the heart of Berlin. With the obtained building permit for the Charlie Living residential complex, Justy Business and Trockland Management GmbH have reached the first milestone of the project. Four modern buildings are going to be built not far from the famous Checkpoint Charlie.

Charlie Living's architecture impresses with its differently sized structures, each with its own facade and surface theme. Glass bay windows, floor-to-ceiling window facades with entire width of the room, balconies of different size and spacious communal areas are part of the concept of the internationally renowned GRAFT architecture firm.

The excavation works at the construction site will start on October 31, 2016. This work should be completed by the end of the year, so that the laying of the foundation stone can be celebrated in early 2017.
