In response to the lack of access to affordable housing in Germany, especially in the capital, Justy Business has created a new business line to focus on investments in socially-oriented development programme. 

The investments will go to purchasing, renovation and modernisation of the existing facilities in various districts of Berlin. These upgraded premises will be rented to the city authorities and further have made available to vulnerable groups, such as low-income families with children.

Financing affordable housing in the context when the prices and rents are rising and housing supply does not keep pace with increased demand, is vitally important to ensure the continued provision of budget options for population. At the first stage, Justy Business is planning to invest in two/ three social housing projects.
