Justy Business has completed the transaction for the sale of Charlie Living project, that It proved to be a very successful investment by the company. The buyer is a German private investment group. The financial terms of the deal are being kept confidential under a mutual agreement between the parties.

Charlie Living is a landmark development complex managed and developed by Trockland Management GmbH designed by GRAFT architects for residential and commercial use. It is located near Berlin’s historical Checkpoint Charlie. Covering around 21,000 m² net area and featuring 243 rental apartments, 48 serviced apartments and commercial premises, this is a multipurpose complex of high quality in a historic area of the German capital.
