A new living quarter has emerged right in the heart of Berlin.

Charlie Living by Justy Business and Trockland Management GmbH is the largest predominantly residential new build project in Friedrichstadt, in direct proximity to what used to be Checkpoint Charlie. This is an open set of four new buildings standing in one of the last empty spaces along the former strip of the Berlin Wall, in Berlin Mitte

Hotel Franke in Berlin financed by Justy Business is pleased to announce that the renovation of the hotel is now completed.

The renovation project, which began in October 2019, covered the entire hotel, including a lobby and lounge areas as well as all 68 rooms. Striving to meet the highest standards of hospitality and improve travellers’ experience, the hotel was upgraded to a more comfortable, contemporary and functional accommodation with cosy atmosphere.

Construction of luxury sea view Nireas Residences, located in stunning Limassol Marina, was successfully completed at the beginning of 2020. It has become another successful development project accomplished with Justy Business acting as one of investors.

The elegant apartments were sold shortly after Nireas Residences’ release and are now in the process of being delivered to owners.

The construction works aiming to convert two floors of Spiegelturm tower in Berlin into hotel rooms have been completed.

Seeing the opportunity in repurposing two floors of Spiegelturm building to react to an undersupply of hotel accommodation in Berlin’s prime locations, Justy Business has invested into conversion them into hotel rooms.

Justy Business has completed the last one out of the three investment transactions in social housing projects, which were announced earlier this year.

In December 2019, the property on Hubertus Allee became the third facility the company invested in addition to the previously acquired ones, which are located in the convenient areas of Ferdinandstrasse and Grunbergerstrasse. The dwellings are planned to be renovated and rented to authorities for the further use by the vulnerable groups of population.
