Justy Business Ltd announced that it has completed the acquisition of 12% shares in Trockland XIX Real Estate GmbH that owns office building Rhin 84-88.

This transaction was a direct result of the long-standing relationship between the companies that achieved a mutually beneficial outcome.

Work is already underway to overhaul the Hotel Franke rooms and common areas. The hotel renovation will cover the entire building, from hotel rooms to service points and from technologies to interior design. Renovation is planned to be completed in spring 2020.

The improvements to the hotel will provide guests with new and exciting experiences as soon as they embark on their adventures in Berlin.

Following the purchase of the Spiegelturm commercial building in Berlin in June 2018, Justy Business has taken a decision to convert two office floors into hotel rooms.

Additional hotel rooms in a prime location at a time when increasing numbers of business and leisure travellers are staying in Berlin are very much needed. Therefore, the building repurposing works have been already started and are scheduled to be completed early next year. The hotel will offer spacious, modern and comfortably furnished rooms, as well as restaurant, meeting rooms and parking.

Solarfirst Limited owned by Justy Business has signed an engagement letter with Alpha Bank Greece to co-finance construction of renewable energy parks. Alpha Bank Cyprus is acting as a lender.

Justy Business, through its subsidiary(?) Solarfirst Limited (или L&T?) has started construction of another 2.5 MW photovoltaic park in Cyprus.

The start of works at the new parks is one more step towards the common goal to provide sustainable energy to communities while delivering significant environmental benefits and economic value.
